Returns & Exchanges

At Sluggers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund or seamless exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your items back to our warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team verifies the condition of your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
